Swirl Transit Hotel has opened on the arrivals level of Terminal 1 at Navi Mumbai International Airport.

The two‑floor facility provides short‑stay and overnight rooms with shower and dining services, offering six room categories ranging from 130 to 410 square feet and rates starting at about INR 8,500; a similar transit hotel with 21 rooms is planned for Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati, and the airport’s chief executive said the concept could be rolled out to other airports in the network, which began commercial operations on 25 December 2025 and international flights on 29 July 2026, handling an initial 20 million passengers with a design capacity of up to 90 million.
