Air Charter Scotland runs funded Wick‑Aberdeen and Wick‑Glasgow PSO flights

Air Charter Scotland operates four weekly flights from Wick to Aberdeen and three weekly flights to Glasgow under a public service obligation funded for 12 months with almost £1.8 million from Transport Scotland and £623,700 from Highland Council.

In the second half of August, 98 passengers flew on the Wick‑Aberdeen route and 26 on the Glasgow service; by 27 September, 123 passengers had travelled to Aberdeen and 118 to Glasgow, totalling 241 passengers on Wick flights that month, with advance bookings of 162 in October, 36 in November and 33 in December.
