The Mexican Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) suspended US-MX AirLink's maintenance workshop and temporarily grounded two aircraft following a routine inspection.

The grounded aircraft are a 1986 Learjet 35A (XA-ALV, msn 35A-596) and a 1984 Citation III (XA-GJC, msn 650-0035), with AFAC citing gaps in maintenance documentation and incomplete records of work done after pilot reports; the airline’s remaining 11 aircraft stay in service and the CEO says the two jets will return once AFAC confirms compliance.
