The Israeli Airline Pilots Association has appealed to the Central Elections Committee for a dedicated polling station at Ben‑Gurion Airport for flight crews on Election Day, a request signed by Capt. Hagay Meyer, the association’s chairman.

The proposal would cover pilots, flight attendants, flight security guards, technical personnel and maintenance staff assigned to flights on Election Day or departing early, with airlines providing schedules, eligibility verification, double envelopes and early voting for crew unable to return in time; the association notes similar arrangements exist for soldiers, police, sailors, foreign mission employees, hospitalized patients and Central Elections Committee workers.
