WestJet began operating nonstop flights between Calgary International Airport and São Paulo on December 15, 2024, with the inaugural season scheduled to run until February 14, 2025. Flight WS54 departs Calgary at 11:55 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and arrives in São Paulo at 3:45 PM the next day, while flight WS55 leaves São Paulo at 7:40 PM and lands in Calgary at 6:15 PM. The service uses WestJet’s 320‑seat Boeing 787‑9 aircraft.
