Lacto Kubu Bus 13 launches free return ticket campaign on 11 Hokkaido routes

Lacto Kubu Bus 13 will issue 100 free return tickets for all 11 of its routes in a campaign running from 5 October to 18 October.

The eligible routes connect Sapporo with Hakodate, Obihiro, Kushiro, Kitami, Abashiri, Monbetsu, Nayoro, Etorofu, Utoro and Asahikawa, plus an Asahikawa‑Monbetsu service; each winner may use a ticket for one person on a single round‑trip journey. Applications are limited to one per person via an online form, winners will be notified by email in mid‑November and receive a mailed invitation ticket, which must be exchanged for a travel ticket after reservation by phone or at a counter, except on the Asahikawa express that requires no reservation. The tickets are valid from 1 December 2026 to 31 May 2027, excluding 26 December‑3 January 2027 and 29 April‑9 May 2027.
