Vietjet will assume part of the charter services between Russia and Vietnam for the winter 2026/27 season that were originally planned by Azur Air, while Azur Air cancels its scheduled flights to Nha Trang from seven Russian cities.

Tour operator Fun & Sun will use Vietjet instead of Azur Air for its flights, and Vietjet continues to operate to Nha Trang and Phu Quoc for other operators; Sun Phu Quoc Airways will launch six weekly Airbus A330 flights from Moscow‑Sheremetyevo to Phu Quoc starting in November, and Russia and Vietnam have agreed to raise the permitted traffic to up to 105 weekly frequencies each.
