Pegasus completed the acquisition of Czech Airlines and Smartwings on 1 October after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.

The combined fleet of the new entity now exceeds 175 aircraft and the two companies hold a total of 140 confirmed orders; Pegasus serves 161 destinations in 57 countries while Smartwings operates to 80 destinations in 20 countries.
