Iranian government to fund airline reconstruction after war damage

Iran's transport minister announced that the government will provide aid packages and special financing to airlines and the aviation sector to address war damage, following a meeting with airline CEOs.

The damage to aviation facilities and systems has been added to the state reconstruction programme, and a working group will be set up to consolidate airline issues and seek solutions, with infrastructure and fleet given priority.
