Choice Hotels to acquire Harvest Hosts RV membership network

Choice Hotels International has agreed to acquire Harvest Hosts, the largest private RV camping network in North America, using cash reserves and borrowing from its revolving credit facility.

Harvest Hosts will remain an independent brand after the deal, with CEO Joel Holland staying in place, while all Harvest Hosts employees become employees of Choice Hotels; the network includes about 7,500 properties across 22 brands.
