Cosmo Initiative and Cosmo Hotel Management opened the MIMARU Osaka Namba Station Annex on 1 October.

The 13‑story building contains 68 rooms, roughly half with four‑person capacity and half with six‑person capacity, each equipped with a kitchen, dining table and washer‑dryer, and the top floor hosts a 100‑square‑meter Sky Garden 3‑Bedroom Suite with a 39‑square‑meter private terrace that can accommodate up to six adults and two children under six for bed‑sharing.

The hotel is a five‑minute walk from Nankai Electric Railway Namba Station and a six‑minute walk from Osaka Metro Chinsa‑Nijō and Sakaisuji‑Nipponbashi stations.
