Magnifica Air plans to begin operations in the third quarter of 2027 with a fleet of six Airbus A220‑300s and two Airbus A321neos, after signing lease agreements with Air Lease Corporation and Azorra.

The airline has already taken delivery of its first aircraft, an A321neo previously operated by Spirit Airlines, and will configure the A220s for 45 passengers and the A321neos for 54 passengers, offering private suites at the front of each cabin and a rear lounge on the A321neos, along with private terminals, expedited TSA screening, white‑glove baggage handling and chauffeur services that could allow passengers to arrive as little as 30 minutes before departure.
