Panamanian President Mulino flies to Hanoi on charter Gulfstream after presidential plane

President José Raúl Mulino arrived in Hanoi, Vietnam, on 5 October aboard a Gulfstream G450 chartered from Singapore.

The aircraft, registration VP‑CWS, is operated by Asia Corporate Jet Singapore Pte Ltd and the charter was estimated to cost up to $38,500 for the three‑hour Singapore‑Hanoi leg; prior to departing Singapore, Mulino had travelled from Panama Pacifico to San Francisco in an Embraer Legacy 600, then after a brief stop flew to Dallas, Texas, before reaching Singapore on 3 October, and was accompanied by a senior entourage including chancellor Javier Martínez‑Acha and several ministers.
