During the Center‑2026 training exercise Russia displayed a new Panzer‑C1M anti‑aircraft missile system mounted on a Belarusian MZKT‑7930‑312 chassis, a configuration that has been seen only twice this year.

The system was previously hit in February by the 413th Drone Forces Battalion “Raid” near Azovstal in Mariupol, and a Belarusian opposition investigation in April claimed Russia ordered 18 of the MZKT chassis in 2024, which analysts think may be the same 18 units produced this year.
