Delta A350 and Air Canada plane collide at Los Angeles International Airport

Delta Air Lines Flight 7 and Air Canada Flight 875 made contact on a runway at LAX, with no injuries reported and limited traffic delays.

Delta Air Lines Flight 7 was taxiing for departure when it collided with Air Canada Flight 875 at Los Angeles International Airport. The Delta aircraft’s left wingtip clipped the horizontal stabiliser of the Air Canada plane, which was being towed and had stopped short of its gate. The incident occurred at 10:30 am local time.
The Delta aircraft involved was an A350, while the Air Canada aircraft was parked on the runway.
