New airline services
FLY91 commenced operations from Navi Mumbai International Airport on Monday, launching direct flights to Sindhudurg, Jalgaon, Goa and Agatti. The airline’s first flight from Hyderabad received a water‑cannon salute at the airport. The airport is operated by Adani Airport Holdings Limited and offers multimodal transport options including buses, taxis, autorickshaws, car rentals and airport shuttles.
FLY91 plans to operate more than 350 weekly flights across 14 destinations as part of its winter schedule.
Catering capacity expansion
Navi Mumbai International Airport’s dedicated inflight catering facility managed by TajSATS currently serves more than 40 departing flights each day. The kitchen can produce up to 7,500 meals daily and can be scaled to 15,000 meals per day as airline movements increase.
The Winter Schedule 2026‑27 runs from October 25, 2026, to March 27, 2027, during which the catering facility will support the increased flight operations.
