BER Airport sees slight passenger rise and drop in movements in September

Berlin Brandenburg Airport handled 2.5 million passengers in September, a 0.2 percent increase over the same month last year, while flight movements fell 1.2 percent to 17,711.

Air freight volumes grew 4.9 percent to 4,633 tonnes, and nearly 360,000 passengers traveled to and from the airport during the marathon weekend from Friday to Monday.
