More than 15,000 hotels have joined a joint lawsuit against Booking.com, alleging damages from its price‑parity clause that barred them from offering lower rates on their own websites than on the platform, covering the period from 2004 to 2024.

About 150 Croatian hotel operators are part of the action, and an Amsterdam‑based case launched earlier this year represents 3,087 hotels, while the European hotel association says the total could exceed 18,000 hotels by autumn.
