The Airports Council International North America CHRO Forum was held September 29–30 in Minneapolis‑St. Paul, hosted by the Metropolitan Airports Commission, and brought together more than 50 human‑resources leaders representing 40 airports.

Attendees included representatives from large and medium hubs such as Charlotte, Phoenix, Seattle‑Tacoma and Calgary, as well as small and regional airports like Savannah, Missoula, Gander and Victoria; the two‑day program featured sessions on workforce reskilling, talent attraction and retention, artificial intelligence and leadership development, and participants networked informally at a reception at The Fair at Mall of America.
