First Class Air acquires Oklahoma MRO Vertical Aerospace

First Class Air announced the acquisition of Vertical Aerospace, an Oklahoma‑based maintenance, repair and overhaul provider.

Vertical Aerospace will retain operations at its Bristow facility and will service commercial, military and cargo aircraft. CEO Isac Roths said the acquisition adds a highly experienced team and differentiated capabilities. Founder and General Manager Tray Siegfried said the partnership creates an exciting opportunity for employees and customers.
