Royal Air Maroc to equip 41 planes with free Starlink Wi‑Fi by 2027

Royal Air Maroc will install Starlink high‑speed internet on 41 aircraft and offer the service free of charge to members of its Safar Flyer program, with a launch planned for 2027.

The rollout will be gradual across the entire fleet, and the airline’s president says the agreement supports its ambition to meet high international standards and is part of a long‑term plan to modernise the fleet, renew cabins and improve the customer experience on the ground and onboard; Starlink’s vice president calls the partnership an important milestone for African aviation and says passengers will receive the same high‑speed, low‑latency experience already seen on other continents.
