Pegasus Hava Yolları’s Pegasus Innovation Lab has made a strategic investment in Zingly.ai and entered a partnership to deploy AI‑supported voice customer service, starting with Turkish language calls.

The AI‑powered voice technology will answer incoming calls in natural speech, keep context, and resolve requests such as flight changes, baggage issues and fare refunds, integrating with Pegasus’s existing platforms, and the airline plans to expand the solution to its top ten customer‑service use cases by mid‑2027 while adding more languages after the initial Turkish launch.
