FAA-mandated emergency exercise held at North Central West Virginia Airport

First responders participated in a full‑scale emergency exercise on Wednesday at the North Central West Virginia Airport, a drill required by the Federal Aviation Administration every three years as part of the airport’s certification.

Students and community volunteers, including sophomore Ben Burgey, helped simulate the emergency scene during the exercise.
