Azul adds 2,400 extra flights to Brazil's Northeast for summer 2026/27

Azul announced more than 2,400 extra flights to the Northeast for the 2026/2027 summer season, operating from 5 December to 14 February, which represents about 90% of the airline's planned additional flights for the period.

The added flights provide 363,600 seats across a program that involves 28 airports, and in Bahia the airline scheduled 790 extra flights offering more than 117,300 seats at Salvador, Porto Seguro and Ilhéus airports.
