Air France announced that it will introduce new menus on its long‑haul flights starting in October, with more than thirty dishes created for La Première by chef Arnaud Lallement and more than twenty dishes for Business class by chef Mathieu Viannay, while four new desserts will be added in the coming months.

The menu development involved Servair’s Culinary Studio, and corporate chef François Adamski of Servair designed new morning and brunch dishes for the airline.
