ePost Global opened an expanded facility near O’Hare International Airport, tripling its Chicago-area footprint and creating its largest U.S. processing operation for ecommerce parcels and mail.

The new site combines automated sortation with advanced scanning, tracking, optical character recognition and piece‑to‑container verification, allowing the company to process small parcels, poly mailers, flats and larger packages while identifying exceptions in real time, improving sort accuracy and reducing repeat scanning and manual handling as it prepares for its busiest peak season.
