The Lviv Prosecutor's Office has asked a court to invalidate a land lease granted to developer Ametrin and to return the 0.6‑hectare plot to the Lviv community, citing concerns over the planned construction near Lviv airport.

The lease was issued by the Lviv City Council in April 2026 without an auction, and Ametrin intends to build a 10‑storey residential‑commercial complex with two levels of underground parking and a shelter of about 420 m² that could accommodate 500‑800 people at 11 Truskavetska Street.
