Cognizant chosen by SITA to lead AI‑driven SKY finance transformation on cloud

Cognizant was selected by SITA to implement the SKY program, a finance‑led transformation initiative. The SKY program will deploy a modern cloud platform across finance, procurement and supply chain processes in more than 200 countries and territories.

Cognizant will implement a cloud‑based ERP and management platform covering planning, performance, project management and procurement. SITA aims to strengthen planning, identify opportunities earlier and align resources more closely with growth priorities. Cognizant’s AI‑first approach combines generative AI agents and intellectual property from over 800 cloud ERP projects. SITA CFO Nicolas Husson said the SKY program is aimed at delivering strong business outcomes. Cognizant SVP Saket Gulati said the partnership will build a modern data and operating model foundation for SITA’s growth. Cognizant SVP Roshan Subudhi said the program combines Agentic AI capabilities with Oracle Fusion expertise to modernize systems.
