Delta Air Lines and Hyatt have announced a long‑term partnership that connects the airlines’ SkyMiles program with the hotel chain’s World of Hyatt. Members of both programs can now earn miles or points for qualified activity in the other program.

Delta Air Lines and Hyatt have entered a long‑term cooperation linking SkyMiles and World of Hyatt. Delta Medallion members can earn additional SkyMiles for qualified stays at Hyatt hotels. World of Hyatt elite members can earn additional points for booking qualified Delta flights. The existing benefits of both loyalty programs will remain unchanged. Both companies said they plan to expand the cooperation in later phases. Cross‑earning of miles and points creates new distribution channels for both airline and hotel inventory. The partnership offers revenue‑management opportunities by encouraging higher‑value bookings from loyal customers.

Delta and Hyatt intend to add further benefits in subsequent phases of the partnership.
