Singapore Airlines is upgrading its in‑flight catering with more than 100 new and refreshed dishes across all cabins. The changes, including new wine labels, spirits and custom Christofle serviceware, will be fully rolled out in November 2026.

Over 100 new and refreshed appetisers, main courses and desserts are being introduced across all cabin classes. The new dishes have been developed by the airline’s in‑house and guest chefs together with its catering partners. New wine labels are being added for Suites, First Class and Business Class, along with new spirits options across all cabins. Custom‑designed serviceware created with Christofle, featuring a discreet SIA ‘batik’ motif, will be used in Suites and First Class. The enhanced dining experience will be unveiled in Singapore in November 2026, with remaining changes rolled out from that date.

Remaining elements such as the new beverages, serviceware and onboard service touches are scheduled for rollout beginning November 2026.
