- Singapore Airlines announced that its new SIA Chefs’ Selection menus, featuring over 100 dishes, will be available across all cabin classes.
- From November 2026 the airline will also introduce service improvements such as upgraded beverages, utensils and service, use Christofle porcelain in Suites, First and Executive classes, expand its wine list with producers from Australia, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand and the United States, continue flexible dining for Suites and First Class, allow First Class passengers to share a face‑to‑face dining experience, and showcase dishes by invited chefs including Monica Galetti, Nandu Jubany, Sanjeev Kapoor, Sid Sahrawat, Yoshihiro Murata and Zhu Jun; Yeoh Phee Teik is the Senior Vice President Customer Experience.
