- Aerospace Bristol has reattached the centre wing section to the Bristol Freighter Type 170 NZ5911, the only surviving example of the type in Europe.
- The centre wing, which carries loads between the fuselage and outer wing panels, was restored by volunteers and partners after the aircraft was recovered from New Zealand in 2018; the aircraft was originally designed and built by the Bristol Aeroplane Company in the late 1940s and early 1950s.
