Southwest adds multiple new domestic and international routes from Austin

- Southwest Airlines announced new routes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport to Savannah, Georgia; Bozeman, Montana; Sarasota, Florida; Knoxville, Tennessee; Nassau, Bahamas; Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; and Liberia, Costa Rica, with the Caribbean flights beginning on June 3, 2027 and operating twice weekly.
- The carrier also reinstated daily service between Austin and Portland, Oregon, and will resume seasonal flights to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and San Juan, Puerto Rico for the winter season.
