On 7 October 2024 Mohammed VI Polytechnic University formalised the Africa Center of Manufacturing Excellence (ACME) consortium with Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, Safran Nacelles, CETIM Maroc, Moroccan ministries and OCP Group.
