A survey of Singapore travellers shows that 89% intend to travel as much or more in 2027, with 37% each prioritising authentic local experiences and convenience or familiarity, while 36% focus on keeping costs low.

The same respondents rate accommodation budgets and airfares as the most important factors, each at 51%, and 32% plan to allocate a larger share of their budget to travel insurance; 80% say they are somewhat able to disconnect while traveling.
