Google survey finds most travelers prefer limited AI assistance in booking

A Google Travel Survey shows that 74% of travelers want AI to present between one and fifteen options, while only 8% want AI to manage the entire reservation process, and 90% enjoy planning their trips themselves. Travelers who use AI interact with twice as many touchpoints as those who do not use AI.
