Singapore Airlines rolls out over 100 new in‑flight dishes and upgrades serviceware

- Singapore Airlines is updating its in‑flight dining programme across all cabin classes, adding more than 100 new and refreshed dishes and partnering with guest chefs from the UK, Spain, India, New Zealand, Japan and China.
- The airline has introduced new menu categories, added wine labels in Suites, First Class and Business Class, and expanded spirits options throughout the cabin, while meals in the premium cabins will be served on custom‑designed Christofle serviceware and companion dining will be offered with upcoming First Class products.
- The remaining dining changes are scheduled to be introduced from November 2026.
