Tony Earnshaw, chief executive of UK Commercial Group, has invested about £1.8 million to create Runway Luxury Suites, a self‑catering accommodation development near Newcastle International Airport.

Work on the development is expected to be completed in early 2027, with the first guests welcomed before March 2027.
