Trinity Airways, formerly T'way Air, was officially renamed on 10 September after Sono Trinity Group acquired a 46 % stake in February 2025.

The airline’s upcoming Airbus A330‑900 will feature a business‑class cabin called Sofab with a 1‑2‑1 layout and only 12 seats, while the economy cabin will hold 324 seats; the Sofab seats provide only sit‑or‑lie options, lack adjustable features and in‑flight entertainment monitors, and use personal‑item space where a monitor would be, with Wi‑Fi planned for the aircraft.
