Latitude Air Ambulance announced on 4 October that all six people on board the Gulfstream G100 are presumed dead; the aircraft (C‑GRJP) left John C. Munro Hamilton airport on 2 October bound for Bermuda and after picking up a patient departed L.F. Wade airport at 00:41 Atlantic time on 3 October heading for Boston Logan, where it disappeared en route.

The crew reported electrical problems, declared an emergency and the plane descended from about 24,000 feet to about 11,000 feet before the signal was lost; tracking shows it cruised until around 01:04 ET, began descending at about 01:06 ET and was tracked for four minutes, after which debris was found roughly 20 miles south of Nantucket in water 24‑27 metres deep, and Latitude will cooperate with the U.S. NTSB and Canada’s Transportation Safety Board.
