Over 200 Taiwanese stranded at Bangkok airport amid rain delays

More than 200 Taiwanese nationals were left at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport after rain‑induced flight delays and baggage chaos, and three Taiwan Foreign Ministry staff members stayed at the airport for more than 11 hours to assist them.
The staff helped passengers board Thai Airways flight TG636 back to Taiwan and organized the evacuation of about 120 Taiwanese in batches, while Thai Airways opened an additional boarding gate and a business‑class lounge for the travelers.
