Russia to Reassess Cost of Joint Osway Aircraft Project Within Two Weeks

Russia will prepare a new assessment of the total cost of the Russian‑Belarusian Osway aircraft project within two weeks, following a visit by a Russian delegation to Minsk on Thursday.

Belarus plans to keep financing parity while Russia reviews project documents, and the parties have scheduled the next round of negotiations for the end of the month, with certification of the Osway aircraft expected in late 2029.
