FAAN hosts NGAP training programme for NYSC members and high school students in Lagos

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) organized the New Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) Training Programme in Lagos, bringing together National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members and students from three high schools.

The event featured interactive presentations by industry specialists, including a commercial pilot who explained the rigorous training and discipline needed for commercial flight, and representatives from Aerodrome Rescue and Fire Fighting Services who described high‑stakes emergency response training, while a live drone soccer demonstration by the Federation of International Drone Soccer Association (FIDA) Nigeria added a hands‑on component.
