Jet2 to launch direct charter flights from Gatwick to Banjul for the 2026‑27 season

The Gambia Experience announced a partnership with Jet2 to operate direct charter flights between London Gatwick and Banjul, running from 3 November 2026 until 27 April 2027.

The service will operate twice weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays, with extra Monday flights during the festive period, and will include pre‑allocated seating, a complimentary hot meal and at least 20 kg of checked luggage, while an Economy Plus option adds lounge access and extra onboard space; the partnership also enables regional departures from Manchester and Birmingham via TUI Airways.
