Vietjet and Thales sign agreements to boost MRO and digital aviation capabilities

Vietjet and Thales signed agreements to advance cooperation in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), digital aviation, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity during Vietnam's General Secretary and President To Lam's visit to France.

Thales will provide comprehensive component maintenance for Vietjet's Airbus fleet, aiming to improve technical reliability, fleet availability, cost optimisation and operational efficiency, while a Memorandum of Understanding will explore secure cloud solutions, predictive analytics and decision-support technologies for airline operations.
