Turkish Airlines falls to 603rd place in 2026 World's Best Employers ranking

Turkish Airlines was placed 603rd in the World's Best Employers 2026 survey compiled by Forbes and Statista, which assessed 900 companies worldwide based on the responses of more than 300,000 employees across 50 countries.

The airline's position represents a sharp decline from its 308th ranking the previous year, with the survey measuring factors such as employee recommendations, salary, career development, work‑life balance and company reputation, and indicating lower employee satisfaction compared with peers like Delta Airlines, which ranked second, and Vietnam Airlines, which ranked 493rd.
