The aircraft hit a fence shortly after 12.00 while on a landing approach to a nearby airfield, then collided with a tree before crashing into a vineyard north of Stuttgart.
The wreckage was found burned in the vineyard, and the fire was extinguished.
Casualties
Both occupants were found dead in the burned wreckage.
No other people were found in the aircraft and the identities of the occupants remain unknown because the registration mark was destroyed by the fire.
