US Coast Guard finds wreckage of missing Latitude Air Ambulance Gulfstream

The US Coast Guard discovered debris from a Gulfstream medical transport aircraft operated by Latitude Air Ambulance off Nantucket, Massachusetts. Six people were aboard the plane that departed Bermuda at 00:41 local time on Saturday.

Shortly before losing contact, the aircraft descended nearly 4,000 metres in about two minutes.
Passengers
Canadian Transport Minister Steven MacKinnon said four passengers were Canadian citizens.
The remaining two passengers were Bermudian citizens.
Authorities response
The Bermuda government said it remains in contact with US authorities and passengers’ families.
