Twenty‑seven buildings over 150 metres are being built in Miami, the Waldorf Astoria hotel will be 320 metres tall, surpassing the Cipriani Residences, and the 888 Brickell project by Dolce & Gabbana will also reach 320 metres, matching the Waldorf Astoria by 2030.
