Philippine Airlines to resume nonstop Manila‑Saipan service on Oct 25, 2026

Philippine Airlines will restore nonstop flights between Manila and Saipan on 25 October 2026, offering a premium full‑service experience with inflight meals and a generous baggage allowance.1

The route is intended to strengthen tourism, family and commercial ties between the Philippines and the Northern Mariana Islands, while the Civil Aeronautics Board has permitted airlines to raise fuel surcharges to Level 17 for the first half of October, allowing PAL to charge up to P2,553.19 for the Saipan service amid a 24% monthly rise in jet fuel prices to $194.9 per barrel.1,2
